Project Description
The building was designed as a multi-story building with a ground floor and 4 floors above, divided into 4 units.
Dimensions of the building are ~57 x 66 m. The height of the building is 22 m.
All RC elements are monolithic cast in situ. The adopted structural system is a flat RC slab
on RC columns and walls.
Horizontal stability is provided by elevator and staircase shafts and additional shear walls in both orthogonal directions. The building is founded on the RC slab d = 40- 50cm . Total GBA ~ 9.500m2
