The Ušće Tower Two office building, offering 23000 m²  of Class A+ office space, has been officially opened in New Belgrade, in June 2020. The total investment of MPC Properties in the Ušće Tower 2 building amounted to 65 million EUR. The USCE Tower Two building was designed by the highest green building standards and has been awarded BREEAM „excellent“ certificate. Our company was engaged in construction design and Designer supervision on this challenging project of building a New Belgrade landmark. Company Chapman Taylor was responsible for architectural design. The construction design of a building that satisfies  BREEAM „excellent“ standards was quite challenging – it was necessary to provide technical solutions for a building that „breeds” and is energy efficient, and which has a decentralized ventilation system, all providing an ideal work environment in all weather conditions. In addition, the building was designed with vertical communication that was displaced to the building edge, which was also followed by the facade solution.
