Office Building Ušće Tower II

VMS was engaged to perform a complete detail design for Ušće Tower 2, including Arch, Structure, MEP, Traffic, Firefighting, Landscaping Design, etc., based on CTs Conceptual design. Author Supervision and tender preparation are also in the scope of the VMS contract. Tower 2 is a 104m high building with two underground and 22 floors with a total gross area of 28145m2 There are also underground garages with 750 parking places covering 1.3ha. with a gross area of ~27000m2. Building foundation was done on 146 Ø1000 concrete piles in deep underground water conditions with complex excavation protection structures included.
