Coning's Company Sales and Service Center

Designed sales and service center includes elite office space, conference hall, VIP restaurant, restaurant for employees, coffee bar, large warehouse, tire-repair service and diagnostics for all kinds of vehicles, technical inspection service for cars, car-wash, truck-wash, own parking space. The sales and service center is designed as a complex of two buildings: Building A (administrative, sales and service), Ground Floor + Gallery+ 1st Floor, with dimensions 50 x 32m, 10,4m high, and Building B (warehouse with parking), Basement + Ground Floor, 12m high. Floor height varies from 3-6m. The structural system consists of RC slabs cast in situ 16-24 cm thick, RC shear walls 20 cm thick, columns (dim 30x30cm, 35x35cm, 35x20cm, 30x25cm, 30x20cm, 25x80cm), and RC beams. Foundations are designed as beams.
