The original stadium structure was designed in 1939 by Karl Egender. The new project consists of upgrading and extending of old arena and building a new conference center (four-floor structure, 11.0 m span, 90.0 m long, with a total area of 1.300 m2). Total height is 24.0m with 20.0 m clear height. The arena capacity is max 13.000 spectators. The stadium is a multifunctional building made for concerts, sports events, conventions, and exhibitions. It includes restaurants, conference halls, clubs, etc. The structure is a combination of RC and steel. On levels -1, 0, +1, +2, and +3 slabs and walls are made of reinforced concrete, the roof is made of steel, and the spectator stand is a steel structure supported by inclined RC slabs. The total area is 14.300m2
