Football Stadium D. Milanovac

The project proposes a small-scale football stadium in Donji Milanovac, designed for approximately 500 spectators and situated within the protected landscape of Đerdap National Park. The design responds to the sensitive natural setting through a compact architectural intervention that integrates the required sporting and spectator facilities while maintaining a strong relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The stadium is organised around a modest spectator stand and supporting facilities, with careful consideration given to scale, visibility, access, and movement across the site. Rather than competing with its natural surroundings, the architecture is conceived as a restrained addition to the landscape, using its position and form to preserve the openness and character of the setting.

The project balances the functional requirements of a local football venue with the environmental and spatial constraints of building within a protected national park.
