VMS was engaged to perform complete detail design for Ušće tower 2, including Arch, Structure, MEP, Traffic, Firefighting, Landscaping Design etc., based on CT’ s Conceptual design. Author Supervision and tender preparation is also in scope of VMS contract. Tower 2 is 104m high building with two underground and 22 floors with total gross area of 28145m2 There are also underground garages with 750 parking places covering 1.3ha. with gross area ~27000m2 Building foundation was done on 146 Ø1000 concrete piles in deep underground water conditions with complex excavation protection structures included.
