Porche Belgrade invested in construction of its first complex in Serbia which consists of three showrooms for well known car brands Audi, Porche and Seat with service area behind them. Location of the complex is across the Ada Ciganlija lake, the well known resort, known as ’’ Belgrade sea’’. The building is made of various types of construction: Showrooms are made of steel and composit concrete with modern transparent facade made of glass. Car services construction is made of hollowcore ceilings and prestressed concrete beams (span of the beams 21m). Total net area 6.560m2
